Project Description: Rezoning will be required to allow for a 34 unit townhome project on the 4.12 acre parcel at the corner of Emerald Isle DR & NW 156th ST. The applicant is proposing to rezone the property to Planned Unit Development (PUD).
Additionally, the applicant has submitted a Preliminary Plat and Site Plan to accompany the rezoning application to provide more detailed plans for the project.
