In February 2020, rezoning of approximately 182 acres of property located east of Warrior Lane and north of Little Walnut Creek from R-1 (Single-Family Residence District) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) was approved. The Preliminary Plat for the single-family residential area was approved in March 2020. Construction Drawings and Grading Permits have been approved for Shadow Creek Plats 5, 6, and 9.
