City Encourages Residents to Wear Face-Coverings

At their July 23 meeting, the Clive City Council passed a resolution encouraging residents to follow social distancing best practices to control the spread of the coronavirus.  Specifically, the resolution asks residents to wear a face-covering--such as a cloth mask or face shield--in public or private locations until the community has made substantial progress curbing the spread of COVID-19.  A full copy of the resolution is available here.

Face-coverings are required for all people who enter Clive facilities.  At this time, facilities are closed to the public.  Limited in-person meetings are being conducted by appointment.  City staff continues to work and adapt to provide excellent service to residents and businesses during the pandemic.
