Utility bills are sent out on the first day of every month and are due on the 15th. You can opt out of paper bills and receive your bill electronically by setting up an account with Xpress Bill Pay. Online bills display similar to your paper statement, so you'll find it easy to read your bill on a screen. You can view up to two years' history of your account online, so you can compare your current bill to a previous bill.

Water Consumption Alert System
The Water Consumption Alert System is a free service provided by the City that will notify you by email in the event of a spike in water usage. Undetected water leaks can lead to a costly increase in your utility bill. The Water Consumption Alert System provides a means to notify utility customers of a spike in water usage. Participation is voluntary. Initially, the program prompts customers to register with the program. Once registered, customers are able to manage and edit contact information and daily thresholds established. Based on the daily consumption threshold set for your account, an email notification is generated if the number of gallons used has been exceeded.
