Private contributions are essential in order to continue expanding the Public Art Program throughout the community. These gifts help fund new commissions, acquisitions, cover artists' fees, and offer special arts programming to the community. All monetary gifts to the Clive Public Art Program qualify as charitable contributions to an IRS Sec. 501(c)(3) public charity for federal income, estate, and gift tax purposes.
The Public Arts Advisory Commission has created a sponsorship program to allow any organization, entity or individual to get involved in Clive Public Art. Please click here to see the sponsorship opportunities. The program offers mutliple levels for participation.
If you are interested in donating a work of art to the Clive Public Art Collection (either temporary or permanent), please first review the information under "Gifts For Municipal Public Art Collection," page 7 of the Public Art Master Plan to ensure that your art is donor-eligible. After you have determined its eligibilty, please complete the "Show Your Support" form below to let us know of your donation interests.
Talent
Community participation is at the center of all Clive Public Art Program activities. The Clive Public Art Program is committed to building a community that is interested in and informed about public art. If you are an artist interested in volunteering your talents to provide educational opportunities for our community, please complete the "Show Your Support" form below to inform us about your talents.
