The Northern Neighborhood Master Plan was formed to unite the visions and strategies of the City of Clive and land owners in the western portion of the City. The plan includes conceptual location and layout for future residential and commercial districts, park areas, stormwater detention areas, and utility location.
NW 86th Street
The NW 86th Street Corridor Plan provides a vision for future redevelopment and to present a positive image that reflects the City’s vision of the area.
The Housing Strategy will ensure the value of both new housing and existing housing continue to meet the City’s long-term goals of quality and value, while exploring strategies to aid in maintaining the diversity and affordability of the housing stock. The Housing Strategy will be comprised of reports analyzing housing attainability, property values, and housing conditions. The reports will help inform future ordinance amendments, development agreements, and housing priorities in the coming years. Reports will be posted here for public viewing while still in a draft format, and will be compiled into a final Housing Strategy once complete. City Council has reviewed the drafts before posting, but no final action has been taken.
