The Clive Police Department is committed to a philosophy of Community Policing.
Community Policing means working in partnership with the citizens of our community to solve problems, prevent criminal activity, and enhance our quality of life by feeling safe in our homes and neighborhoods.
The officers of the Clive Police Department strive to be as visible as possible in patrolling our neighborhoods.

The Clive Police Department consists of 21 Certified Police Officers and three civilian employees.
