ON-LINE REGISTRATION INFORMATION
SPRING/SUMMER '08
Clive Residents can register on-line beginning March 3rd.
Non-residents can register on-line beginning March 17th.
REGISTRATION POLICIES
REFUND POLICY:
Refunds are given only for the following reasons:
- If an unforeseen medical circumstance, or unexpected move out of the DM Metro area arises which prohibits continued participation.
- If the session is cancelled by the department, in which the participant may enroll in another session or a full refund will be issued if a session isn’t available (for that participant only).
CONFIRMATIONS
When you have completed your on-line registration you will have the option to print off your own confirmation. No confirmations will be mailed from our office.
CANCELLATIONS:
Programs cancelled due to weather conditions will be announced on the INFORMATION LINE (830-1234). Parents are asked to call the Information Line periodically when bad weather is predicted. A program could cancel in Clive while other metro areas may not have the same weather conditions.
Staff will contact you when unforeseen circumstances arise or minimum participation for the program was not met.
REGISTRATION CHANGE FEE:
A fee of $5 will be charged for each change made after registrations have been processed.
