Clive pass holders, from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. can enter the facility without waiting in line for "no capacity" or long pay lines when arriving before 1:00 p.m.

2011 Pool Rentals

Clive Aquatic Center may be rented after-hours as a complete facility or "per pool."  Click here for hours, rates, and contract form.

 

Leisure Pool
	A great place for children and young families to learn to swim and enjoy the water. The leisure pool includes a zero depth entry and progresses to a depth of 3 ft. 10 in.  There are sprays, fountains, a toddler treehouse slide, shade seating, and sometimes a "turtle or log" floatable is in the pool to climb around.

Lap Pool Swimming Area
	For advanced swimmers, adults, and teenagers to enjoy, the lap pool has a drop slide and a diving board located in the deep end. There are six 25 meter swimming lanes available at lap swim times and as play space during open swim. The lap pool also has a basketball hoop and two tower waterslides. A beaver and log floatable are available some days throughout the summer.

Please be aware our waterslide height requirement is 48 inches or 4 feet tall.  No exceptions are made for the height requirement.

 

Lazy River
	A refreshing ride for all ages. The Lazy River is a current stream with a few splashes of excitement. Grab a tube and enjoy (tubes are provided). Please be aware that the Lazy River is not suited for infants and toddlers.  Children under 48 inches must be accompanied by an adult and use a double tube.

Special Events Area

The Special Events Building is located just to the east of the Clive Aquatic Center. It is available for parties, gatherings, dinners and receptions. The building includes a small kitchenette with serving counter, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and sink.

 

It can accommodate groups of 100 when using tables and chairs. Renters are responsible for set-up, take-down and cleanup.  There is a vacuum cleaner available for use but you must bring your own cleaning supplies.

 

Click_here for the rental rates for the Special Events Building.  Effective January 1, 2006, reservations can be made up to four months in advance (includes month of desired rental), on the first business day of the month.
