Over the next 12 months, the City of Clive will be working through a comprehensive planning process that will seek to understand the aspirations of the community and define a common vision that guides public policy as the community grows over the next 20-years. To be useful, the plan must be anticipatory, forward thinking, long range and firmly grounded based on input from the community.

The first opportunity to solicit input from the community is through the City's Community Assessment Tool. Specifically, the tool will provide all constituent groups within the City the opportunity to comment on both the positive areas/attributes and the areas/attributes that need improvement within the community. This information will be helpful as we attempt to accurately define the current conditions and begin to frame the opportunities and challenges that the community will face moving forward.
