Private Development Projects
Private Development Projects include subdivision plats, construction drawings, development plans, site plans, legal descriptions and easement documents.
Public Municipal Projects
Water main, sanitary and storm sewer, storm water detention, street paving, and sidewalks are public municipal projects. The Engineering Services Division (ESD) is also responsible for the maintenance of as-built records related to water main, sanitary and storm sewer, storm water detention, streets, traffic control, and City benchmark elevations.
Construction Inspection Process
The ESD conducts inspections for all public and private infrastructure improvements to ensure that construction is in accordance with all plans, specifications and permits.
