Cigarette and Tobacco Permit
Retail establishments that sell, distribute, or solicit the sale of cigarette or tobacco products are required to get a permit. Payment must accompany the completed application form. Also visit the State of Iowa website at www.state.ia.us/tax or call 1-800-572-3943 and ask for Form# 70-014.
